I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) based in Denver, Colorado. With extensive training in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I specialize in helping individuals navigate through trauma, addiction, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
